Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in West Yas, UAE. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll source, screen, and qualify top talent for our real estate company.

Responsibilities:
* Attract high-caliber real estate agents
* Source and post job ads on various platforms
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
* Conduct phone screenings and evaluate resumes/interview feedback
* Serve as primary point of contact for candidate inquiries

Requirements:
* Proven track record in sourcing top talent
* 2-3+ years of recruitment experience (Real Estate industry experience required)
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Admin, or related field
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Valid UAE driver's license and reliable vehicle
