📢 Hiring Alert: Payment Merchant Specialist at SourceCode
Shift Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night shift)
Location: PECHS, Block 3, Karachi
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain merchant accounts, particularly PayPal, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor payment processing activities, troubleshoot issues, and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Provide support to customers and merchants regarding payment-related inquiries, disputes, and transaction issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize payment processing systems and procedures.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of payment transactions and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Familiarity with Stripe, PayPal, and other merchant platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of the new merchant onboarding process.
